LEGAL ASPECTS AND INFORMATION ON PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Amolab S.r.l. (hereafter, “owner”), as owner of the data processing of the users of this website, informs you that this information notice is written in compliance with the obligations provided for by EU Reg. 679/16 (GDPR), by art. 10 of directive no. 95/46/EC, as well as the provisions of directive 2009/136/EC on cookies.

Your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes set out in this notice.

1) Addressees of the website

This website is intended for users of legal age.

The navigation by users on the website and on any other service or content provided through the website (for example, content on social networks), is subject to the acceptance of the following legal aspects. If you do not intend to accept them, please do not access the site or share its contents on other platforms.

2) Exclusion of liability for improper use of information

The contents present on the site are of a strictly DIVULGATIVE and INFORMATIVE nature, and are intended to be of an absolutely general nature, in no way referring to specific cases.

Such contents are not to be equated with diagnostic or clinical advice. And under no circumstances can they be applied to a specific medical case, nor can they replace the professional advice of a physician and the services provided by a qualified specialist with specific knowledge of facts, anamnesis and standard medical procedures.

Only and exclusively a medical specialist may dispense individual patients with opinions, advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, indications or other medical advice, which must always be tailored to the specific health condition of the individual.

In medical science, generalising and simplifying can lead to very serious consequences.

For this reason, the owner does not assume any liability for consequences directly or indirectly related to the incorrect or improper use of the information; that is, for failure to take action or not taking action on the basis of the information on the site.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the site is accurate, complete and up-to-date, but we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may be attributable to the accuracy, completeness or updating of the information on the site.

3) Ownership of content

All content on this site is the property of the owner and protected by copyright laws.

It is possible to copy or share the contents for personal use, provided that the source is cited.

Under no circumstances may contents be used for commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.

4) Protection of user Privacy

First of all, we specify that this site is merely an information and dissemination tool.

It does not allow any type of interaction between the doctor’s office and the patient, nor is it possible to make an appointment or request a consultation online or any other kind of interaction that would present the need to implement an adequate protection system for the purposes of privacy management.

Therefore there is no data collection and organisation of any kind, other than those provided for in the next point.
